Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon of sea moss gel
- 1 cup of coconut water (you can swap out for another milk, or water)
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/2 cup of pineapple chunks
- 1/2 cup of mango chunks
- 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon of honey or agave syrup (optional...)
- Juice of 1 lime or lemon
Instructions:
- In a blender, combine the sea moss gel, coconut water, banana, pineapple chunks, mango chunks, and chia seeds.
- Optionally, add honey or agave syrup for sweetness and lime or lemon juice for extra freshness.
- Blend all the ingredients together until smooth and creamy.
- Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness or acidity if needed by adding more honey/agave syrup or lime/lemon juice.
- Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve immediately.
