Q:Do you purify the sea moss?

A: YES!  In fact, after the sea moss is harvested, it is put through a purification process that goes way beyond what most sea moss companies do.  Many companies just sun dry the moss.  Technology is used that removes impurities.

Q: Do you add sugar?

A: NO!  We only add a touch of agave.

Q: Will the sea moss gel go bad while shipping?

A: NO!  This is because the manufacturing process makes our product uniquely shelf stable.  No ice packs needed!

Q: Does it need refrigeration?

A: After opening, YES.  Before opening, NO.  

Q: Does your sea moss have a weird taste?

A: NO! This is because the purification process removes impurities that sometimes would give sea moss gel an earthy/weird taste.

Q: Is the fruit puree you add organic?

A: YES!  It is 100% organic.

Q: Do you use any GMO ingredients?

A: Absolutely not!

Q: How fast is shipping?

A: All products are shipped out NEXT BUSINESS DAY (M-F).  From there, it usually takes 3-5 days or so.  (Don't worry, you don't have to wait long!)

Q: Do you really give back to charity?

A: YES! 10% of all profits go to charitable organizations that we support. (Please note, profit is after expenses...!)

Q: Can I return the product if I don't like it?

A: YES! You have 30 days to return your sea moss if you are not satisfied and we will refund 100% of your money!
